Spectrem 2 is a medium-modulus, one-part, neutral-cure silicone sealant designed for both caulking and glazing applications. It is well suited for cap beads, toe beads, heel beads, and other typical air seals, delivering exceptional flexibility and long-term durability. Spectrem 2 is particularly appropriate as a weather seal and tensile bead in two-sided structural glazing systems and is ideal for sealing joints within curtain wall and window assemblies.

This high-performance silicone adheres to a wide variety of substrates, including aluminum, glass, steel, painted metal, plastic, stone, concrete, and brick, often without primer. All structural glazing applications must be reviewed and approved by Tremco Technical Service prior to installation.
