Designed specifically for 3/8" (10 mm) monolithic tempered glass, this deep U-channel provides enhanced glass retention compared to regular depth profiles. The 3/4" (19 mm) height allows for secure anchoring of fixed panels to walls, ceilings, or floors, making it ideal for both residential and commercial shower installations.
The deep pocket design does an excellent job of stabilizing fixed glass panels and may be used alone or in combination with a regular depth U-channel. In certain installations, the glass can be inserted into the top deep channel and lowered into a standard bottom channel for secure placement.
Installation is completed by wet glazing with clear silicone to firmly bond and secure the glass. Individually wrapped to protect the finish, this 95" (2.41 m) brite anodized deep U-channel provides reliable performance, corrosion resistance, and a polished professional finish.
