TremGlaze SA1100 is a one-part, medium-modulus, neutral-cure silicone sealant formulated for structural glazing and high-movement perimeter joints. It provides strong, durable adhesion to a wide range of substrates including glass, aluminum, steel, painted metal, and other common construction materials. The clear formulation offers a clean, transparent appearance, making it ideal for applications where minimal visual impact is desired.
This structural silicone is commonly used for two-sided structural glazing, cap beads, heel beads, toe beads, and perimeter weather seals in curtain wall and window systems. It offers excellent resistance to UV exposure, temperature extremes, and long-term environmental conditions, ensuring consistent performance in exterior applications.
TremGlaze SA1100 exhibits primerless adhesion to many substrates; however, substrate testing is recommended for specific project conditions.
