The QUADZilla Stainless Steel Quad Roller – 1.81" Polymer Wheels by Anthony Innovations is engineered for extra-large, heavy sliding door systems requiring superior strength and smooth performance. Featuring a stainless steel finish with a fully stainless steel housing, this quad roller assembly delivers outstanding corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The precision 1.81 in. (46 mm) polymer wheels are CNC engineered and designed to reduce track wear while maintaining consistent rolling performance over time.

AAMA 906-15 certified for 650 lbs per roller, QUADZilla® supports panel weights up to 1300 lbs (590 kg), making it ideal for oversized residential and commercial sliding doors. The unit is end-adjustable under load, allowing easier and safer installation and on-site servicing. Constructed with pressed metal components, forged rivets, and axles, it retains structural integrity during and after installation.

Designed to fit standard 4600 Series rail profiles, the dual-layer bogie carriage and precision bearings reduce noise and rolling resistance, ensuring smoother, quieter operation and extended product longevity.
