Trempro 830+ is a one-part thermoplastic elastomer sealant engineered to provide a durable, flexible seal in glazing and sliding applications. It is commonly used for face bedding and cap beads in glazing systems, as well as sealing miter joints in window profiles. In siding applications, it performs effectively on wood, aluminum, and PVC siding, including window and door caps, fascia, J-trim, F-channel, crown molding, and perimeter sealing of residential windows and doors.

With a tack free time of 5–10 minutes, this sealant allows efficient workflow. It is paintable, providing a clean, finished appearance once cured.
