The Tremco ExoAir 110AT Primerless – 6" Self-Adhered Air & Vapor Barrier Flashing is a precision-width membrane designed for detailed air barrier transitions and narrow substrate applications. The 6-inch width makes it ideal for treating seams, penetrations, and tie-ins where accurate placement and minimal material waste are important.

ExoAir 110AT is an impermeable, self-adhered sheet membrane engineered to mitigate air infiltration, vapor transmission, and water penetration within exterior wall assemblies. Featuring primerless adhesive technology, it bonds directly to approved substrates in most conditions without the need for separate primer, helping streamline installation and improve jobsite efficiency. It is commonly installed over exterior sheathing boards and concrete block as part of a continuous air and vapor barrier system.

In addition to sheathing and masonry, this membrane adheres to poured concrete, steel, and wood-based substrates. Frequently used as a detailing or transition membrane at window and door openings, control joints, and system penetrations, the 6" ExoAir 110AT ensures continuity of the building envelope.
