This advanced weatherstrip features a zipper tooth design that allows the pile to easily snap into the extrusion slot from above, eliminating the need to slide it in from the ends and making installation faster and more efficient.

Manufactured with a polypropylene backing and a full-density, water-resistant pile, this zipper pile weatherstrip delivers long-lasting durability in demanding applications. The high-density gray pile with a double center fin creates a true weather seal, providing superior protection against air, moisture, and dust compared to standard pile styles designed only for vibration reduction or pest control.

Ideal for both manufacturing and retrofit use, this weatherstrip works even when the slot is slightly off size. It can be installed in aluminum, vinyl, fiberglass, or wood T-slots without removing the entire window or door sash, saving time and labor.
